How do I make a purchase?

What payment methods does Lily accept?

We offer you multiple payment methods! Bank Payments / Online Bank Transfers / Payment Link or simply order through our Website & use your Shopping Cart. Island-wide COD available.

How long does a delivery take and what will be my delivery cost?

Our Standard delivery will be arrived at your doorstep within 3-5 working days, Standard Fee will be 300/= for any destination.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Once an order has been confirmed your order you can change or cancel it within 24 hours. However, once you receive the item and wish to exchange it contact please contact us immediately by phone/WhatsApp, or e-mail. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.

If my order did not arrive?

If I have received incorrect or faulty goods?

We are sorry that your inconvenience. Please read our Returns and Exchange Policy to find out how to return the items to us. You can send a complaint to Lily’s customer care via WhatsApp or email. However, some products can’t be exchanged. Kindly refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy to know about the non-exchangeable products.
